Terms of Service

1. What this is
Deno MCP is a service that connects to your agent (Claude Code, Codex, and other agents that support MCP) to equip it with video and image production workflows. Your account is created with a single Google sign-in. Your agent connects after you register the connection URL and approve it once by signing in with Google (tools that cannot open a sign-in window connect with an access key created on the account page). These terms are an agreement between DenoMCP (디노엠씨피, “we” below) and you, the user of the service.
2. Pricing and credits
- Generation features are paid for with prepaid credits. One credit is worth KRW 10, and you top up on the account page (minimum top-up KRW 10,000). Domestic (Korean) payments are processed by Toss Payments and international payments by PayPal. Card details are handled by the payment company; we do not store them.
- Rates differ by model and settings, and your agent tells you the estimated credits before you submit a job. When you submit, the estimated credits are held first; when the job is finished, the actual amount is settled at the rate in effect at submission. The held amount is the ceiling, and you are never charged more.
- Jobs that fail, or that are rejected by the generation service’s moderation, are not charged. Held credits are returned immediately.
- Rates may change as the generation services’ costs change. A changed rate applies to jobs submitted afterwards; jobs already submitted keep the rate in effect at submission.
- Credits granted free of charge for sign-up trials or events cannot be refunded, transferred, or cashed out. Free credits are used first, and paid credits after them.
3. Refunds and cancellation
- If you cancel (withdraw your purchase) within 7 days of payment, we refund all unused paid credits in full. No fee is deducted.
- Even more than 7 days after payment, you may request a refund of unused paid credits that are still within their validity period. In that case, 10% of the refund amount is deducted to cover payment processing fees and similar costs.
- If you have topped up more than once, refunds are made starting from the most recent payment. Payments made within the last 7 days are refunded without a fee; older payments are refunded minus 10%.
- Credits for jobs whose generation has started are not refundable, regardless of timing. Because your agent shows the estimated credits and asks for your confirmation before submitting, submitting a job is regarded as consenting to begin the supply of digital content. Failed or rejected jobs are not charged in the first place, as described in Section 2.
- Request a refund with [Request refund] on the credit top-up page or at support@denomcp.com. Within 3 business days of receiving your request, we ask the payment company to cancel the payment on the method you paid with; it may take a few more days to appear on your card. If the payment cannot be canceled, we refund to a bank account in the same name as the person who paid.
4. Credit validity
Paid credits can be used for 1 year from the top-up date, and we notify you by email 30 days before they expire. Expired credits disappear and are not refunded. The validity of free credits is announced when they are granted.
5. Generation models and your results
- Generation is performed by external generation models. Which models you can use, and which inputs and rates apply to each, are shown under the models’ own names on the account page and in the agent’s input requirements.
- Each model provider’s content policy also applies. Jobs rejected under those policies are not charged, but we may restrict accounts that repeatedly violate them.
- The rights to the videos and images you make belong to you. Detailed conditions, including commercial use, may additionally be subject to each model provider’s terms. We do not use your results for promotion without your consent.
6. Storage
Reference materials you upload and results you make are kept in your storage. For accounts with no paid top-up history, they may be deleted 30 days after they were made; for accounts with a paid top-up history, after 180 days. Please download anything you need within that time. We will notify you in advance if we change these periods.
7. Using the know-how and workflows
The working methods, guideline documents, prompt-writing methods, and workflows provided by Deno MCP may be freely used, modified, and redistributed on condition that you credit the source.

8. What not to do
What you make with Deno MCP is up to you. However, please observe the following.
- Do not use someone else’s access key, and do not make your own access key public.
- Do not place excessive load on the service or interfere with its operation.
- Do not create results that break the law or infringe the rights of others (likeness, copyright, and so on).
- Do not create multiple accounts to receive sign-up trial credits.
9. Changes to and shutdown of the service
Features and models may be added or removed without notice. If we shut down the entire service, we will notify you 30 days in advance and refund all remaining paid credits in full, with no fee.
10. Limitation of liability
We do not guarantee the quality of generated results or their fitness for a particular purpose; for failures, not charging for failed jobs is our remedy. If you suffer damage due to our fault, our liability is limited, to the extent permitted by law, to the amount you have paid us.
11. Changes to these terms and disputes
When we change these terms, we will notify you on the site and by email 7 days before the change takes effect (30 days before, for changes unfavorable to you). These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. We will first try to resolve any dispute through support@denomcp.com, and consumers may apply for mediation to a dispute mediation body such as the Korea Consumer Agency.
